What is the difference between the Veeco Advantage Products that I can purchase online and those products that are not available online?

Veeco Advantage product are products that are no available for customization and are often In Stock for immediate delivery. They are available as pictured and have no changeable options.

Products that are not available online are those that can be customized with special laminate or vinyl choices, changes to their dimensions, style changes and upgrades. These products are sold through your Veeco Distributor only and through Veeco Manufacturing in the Chicago Metropolitan area.

How long will it take to build the furniture?

Typically it will take approximately 12 to 14 weeks for cabinetry, and 4 to 6 weeks to build furniture.

How expensive are your services?

We charge a non-refundable design fee equal to the total square footage multiplied by $.75 ($500 minimum). The design fee will be applied to 10% of the total purchase amount of all regularly priced Veeco manufactured furniture, up to, but not exceeding, the total design fee***. Most designs can be completed within the parameters of this fee; however, anything exceeding five hours per every 1000 square foot will be subject to a charge of $75.00 per hour.

Example:
Total Square Footage: 1000 Sf.
Design Hours Required: 4.5 Hrs.
Design Fee: $750.00

This amount is limited to the purchase of only Veeco manufactured equipment and is not applicable toward web orders or toward the purchase of any outsourced or imported furniture or equipment made by another source. The aforementioned purchase must be placed within 6 months from the date of original deposit; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

Example:
Total Design Fees/ Deposit: $500.00
Total Amount of Veeco Items Ordered: $5,000.00
Total Applied to Order: $500.00

Should I make an Appointment?

Appointments allow our designers to assist you in the process of designing your Salon. When you come for your appointment please provide some blue prints and or dimensions of your establishment this will help to guide the structure on the inside of your establishment. Are you a general contractor?

No we are not contractors, but as manufacturers, we work with contractors every day. If you have any questions regarding how we work with your General Contractor, please give us a call at 1.800.635.3772, or click here.

Will you travel to my salon, or do I have to come to you?

Do you run the plumbing and electrical, or do I need plumbers and electricians?

You will need your own plumber, as well as electrician. Veeco Manufacturing, Inc. will prepare space plan drawings, showing the location of movable equipment and furnishings. Electrical and plumbing recommendations will be given in layout form only after a signed order has been placed and deposit has been secured. If such a layout is required before the order/deposit is received, an additional deposit will be required, to be billed and applied toward the purchase at the same $.75/SF rate as above. These drawings shall not replace nor substitute architecturally stamped drawings. All Veeco drawings are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth a floor plan design only.

Do you price match other companies?

We will always work with you on price, as we value your business. However, in planning a custom facility, most of what we make is custom, making it almost impossible to compare.

How long will shipment take?

Many of our Veeco Advantage products are in stock. On custom orders, the length of time to complete your order is often based on the status of the work in our factory. Do you accept personal checks?

No; however we do accept money order, cashiers checks, paypal and all major credit/debit cards.

Do you do Interior Decorating?

We do not do the interior decorating, we can make suggestions, but that is best left to someone local. Word of mouth referrals from your clients is a great place to start.

Are there discounts available?

Once again, because most of our furniture is custom, its hard to determine price. Rather than discounts, we try to give you the lowest possible price when you select your furniture.
