General Shipping Information
All standard shipping is delivered via freight to your curbside and requires a signature for release. Please contact the delivery company to set up a delivery time if required. Special delivery requirements may result in an additional fee to the carrier. Stated delivery times are 1-5 business days from the order date. We cannot ship via standard delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, but expedited shipping arrangements may be made upon request. Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery Service includes delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the delivery address. Assembly of items or removal of packing material is not included. Orders will be shipped to your local delivery terminal who will contact you to schedule delivery when your item arrives. Deliveries are scheduled between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and you will be given a 4-hour delivery window. Your item will be delivered and taken off the truck by the delivery driver. Minerva may recommend and/or require lift gates for larger items at an additional charge. Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon delivery. Your signature is required for Proof of Delivery. Any damage to the packaging or to the item must be noted on the delivery receipt. If you choose to refuse delivery due to damage, this must be noted on the receipt. The delivery driver cannot complete delivery without a signed Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note that if you live in an area that is inaccessible to the delivery driver via truck, we will be unable to complete delivery.
Freight Shipping vs. Ground Delivery
Ground delivery is available for smaller items that can be transported via standard delivery truck. Ground shipments can be delivered to residential or commercial locations. Freight delivery is only used for large items that must be shipped on a pallet and require extra care in handling. Typically, freight deliveries require a lift gate on the rear of the truck and will only be delivered curbside. Please track your freight delivery to ensure that you are available to sign for it and move the package as necessary. Freight delivery to residential addresses will incur additional costs. Please arrange delivery to a commercial address whenever possible.

Our Guarantee
Veeco Manufacturing, Inc.guarantees our products against factory defects as follows:
- All hydraulic pumps are guaranteed for five years.
- All dryer motors and faucets are guaranteed for two years.
- All other all catalog items are guaranteed for one full year.
Please contact your sales associate for details about re-stocking fees (applicable on stock items only), warranties and return policies. No returns of goods will be accepted without prior written consent and return authorization number from Veeco Manufacturing, Inc. Veeco reserves the right to refuse delivery of any unauthorized returns, and credit will only be given for goods returned in original cartons(s)/in original condition.
